We utilize siptrunk.com as our dial tone carrier and offer a wide range of phone models, standardizing on Yealink phones. With the 3CX system, you have the ability to receive phone calls on a physical desk phone, the 3CX app on your personal cell phone, or through a softphone on your computer, either via a web interface or Windows app. The software includes full call center technology, along with call recording and custom queue monitoring. You can also implement your own custom hold messages, allowing you to use them as an advertising tool for your business. The systems are fully customizable and easy to manage, giving you, as the business owner, full control of your phone system.
